This was not my first time buying a home. I've bought and sold a house so I've worked with different realtors to know what a good realtor is and what a bad experience looks like. Audrey is a GREAT realtor. She is attentive to the needs of her customers, has a wide network of professionals she can refer to when needed like when we needed a quote on something with the house we wanted to buy, and had a team of mortgage professionals who were able to find the right loan type for our situation. I had no hope I would ever qualify but I did and we ended up buying a home within 4 months. The process was smooth, she communicated very well and in a timely manner even when she was out of town (which she didn't have to but did anyway!). When I sell or buy again, I certainly hope Audrey is still a realtor and we can work with her again!
