Do you manage properties outside of Michigan?

 

I personally manage properties in Michigan and work with a trusted referral network of investor-friendly agents and managers in other states. If you’re out-of-state or building a multi-market portfolio, I can help connect you.

Is there a minimum number of units?

 

No. I work with both first-time investors and those with growing portfolios. For STR and LTR full management, I do limit how many doors I personally manage so clients receive boutique-level attention.

Do you work with out-of-state owners?

 

Yes—often. I’m very comfortable being your local boots-on-the-ground partner.

Can I upgrade or downgrade services later?

 

Yes. Many clients start with tenant placement or STR setup and later upgrade to full management when they’re ready to be more hands-off.
